THANKS TO THE ORGANIZERS OF THE ASSUMPTION GREEK FESTIVAL 2022: Special thanks are given to the festival team and especially to Paul Microulis and Joe Karalis, Festival Chairmen, who organized this year’s wonderful festival. They all worked many weeks prior to the festival. Also, thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and effort. We also express special thanks to our Greek Pride Dance Troupe for their beautiful performances during our festival which included many new dances from various regions of Greece. All who attended our festival enjoyed delicious food and pastries, great music and dancing, fellowship and fun!!!
MARLBOROUGH GREEK FESTIVAL 2022 — September 3rd thru 5th: Sts. Anargyroi Greek Orthodox Church in Marlborough will be hosting their annual Greek Festival on Saturday September 3rd from Noon to 11pm, Sunday September 4th from Noon to 11pm, and Monday September 5th from Noon to 3pm. Their festival will take place on their church grounds located at 9 Central Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts. There will be Greek food and pastries, live Greek music and dancing, Greek souvenirs and marketplace, Greek dance performances, children’s activities, and more. Our own GREEK PRIDE OF RHODE ISLAND DANCE TROUPE will be performing on Sunday September 4th at 3pm and 5pm. Come and enjoy the Marlborough festival while supporting our Greek Pride Dance Troupe!!!
CRANSTON GREEK FESTIVAL 2022 — September 9th thru 11th: Church of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Cranston will be holding their annual Greek Festival on Friday September 9th from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday September 10th from Noon to 10pm, and Sunday September 11th from Noon to 8pm. Their festival will take place on their church grounds located at 175 Oaklawn Avenue (Route 5) in Cranston, Rhode Island. Odyssey Dance Troupe will perform on Friday at 7pm and on Saturday and Sunday at 4pm and 7pm. There will be live Greek music, dancing, authentic Greek food, church tours, marketplace, bookstore, and more. Free shuttle buses will be running from Cranston West High School. Festival will take place rain or shine under the tents. Admission is free.
