FAMILY GARDEN FUN
Christians Caring for Creation Ministry cordially invites everyone to get involved in "Family Garden Fun." This will be an ongoing hands-on activity on Sundays after Divine Liturgy, usually in the Church garden area. The purpose is to exchange gardening ideas and plants, to take advantage of knowledgeable gardeners in our Church community, and to encourage everyone, especially our children, to grow plants by showing them how much fun it can be.
This Sunday we will be mixing the soil, with all its amendments, in the new bed, either by hand or tools, your choice. You may bring old clothes if you wish, but old shirts and gloves are available. Some of us, especially kids, prefer to mix without gloves in organic soil. Seedling and some flowers will also be available to plant or take home. COME JOIN THE FUN IN THE GARDEN.
