THIS SUNDAY,April 14, 2019 Orthros 9:00am. Divine Liturgy 10:00am. 5th Sunday of Great Lent, St. Mary of Egypt remembered. REFLECTION: The forty days of Great Lent are a renewing year by year of our baptismal dedication to Christ. This preparation period of Great Lent will come to an end this Friday, April 19. Then on Lazarus Saturday and Palm Sunday that follow, we will have two days of joy and triumph immediately preceeding the sad and dark mystery we will experience in the Passion of Christ in Holy Week. Let us all take advantage of these last days of fasting and repentance and so become ready receptacles of the light, glory, and joy of our Lord's Resurrection from the dead.
PASCHA OFFERING: Please print out the Pascha Offering form in this eBulletin and send in your offering to St. Basil. Your generous support is vital for our parish to meet expenses.
ST. BASIL YEARBOOK ADS: Please print out the Yearbook Ad Form in this eBulletin. The deadline for ads is April 30! We hope that all parishioners and Stewards will put in an ad. Individuals can offer their personal greetings or in memory of departed loved ones.
