JOIN US FOR COFFEE FELLOWSHIP
We welcome everyone for Coffee Fellowship today, and every Sunday, in the Fellowship Hall following services. The Zouzas family is hosting a light luncheon in memory of Sam Zouzas. All are welcome. If you have children in the Sunday School, please wait for them in Coffee Fellowship. They will be dismissed when their class is completed.
The children of the Sunday School are busy preparing for the annual Christmas Pageant. Please make sure you bring your children to Sunday School the next few weeks so they can practice for the presentation on Sunday, December 19th. All of our children are welcome to participate in this lovely annual event.
ADOPT A CHILD/FAMILY PROGRAM EXTENDED THRU DECEMBER 12
Your generosity in the past has made Christmas special for 75 children/family members that reside in family homeless shelters in the Lowell area that are run by Community Teamwork, Inc. Due to the COVID 19 restrictions, Community Teamwork, Inc. has requested that this year’s Christmas giving be in the form of $25.00 gift cards to either Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Our goal is to match that with an additional 75 gift cards. Gift cards and/or monetary donations in any amount may be mailed or brought to church on Sundays on or before Sunday, December 12. Please make donations payable to Ladies Philoptochos Society with Adopt a Child/Family in the memo section.
For further information, please contact one of the chairpersons: Sandra Gulezian at email@example.com or Deb Sevigny at 603-860-0743 firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORTHODOXY ON TAP – LOWELL
This coming Wednesday, December 8th, at 7 pm, the Metropolis of Boston, in conjunction with the local parishes, will host the first Orthodoxy On Tap in Lowell. This has been a tremendously successful outreach to the young adults in the Boston area and we hope it will be equally successful here in Lowell. There will be a great opportunity to fellowship, enjoy a meal, and share in a brief presentation and discussion. We welcome you, or young adults 18-35 in your family, to join us at The Establishment in N. Chelmsford. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
PHILOPTOCHOS 68TH VIRTUAL ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TEA FUNDRAISER DRAWING
