*Saturdays of Souls: 3/9, 3/16, 3/23. Please submit names for Fr. Seraphim for commemoration on the Saturdays of Souls. Names should be the baptismal names of Orthodox Christians in Greek or English.
*Meatfare Potluck: Sunday 3/10. Please bring a meat dish to share. Last day to eat meat.
*Cheesefare Potluck: Sunday 3/17. Please bring a dairy or dessert dish to share. Last day to eat dairy. This day is also "Forgiveness Sunday." Come to church prepared to ask forgiveness of everyone and to give forgiveness to all. In this way, we begin Great Lent with the right disposition. The Lord teaches that if we don't forgive others, will we not receive forgiveness at the Judgment.
*Lenten Retreat at St. Anna's in Sandy and Assumption in Pocatello. Salutations at 6:00pm on 3/29 at St. Anna's with a Q&A with Presvytera Dr. Eugenia Constantinou (author of several books, including Thinking Orthodox). Lenten Retreat lead by Presvytera in Pocatello at the Purpose Center (224 N. Main Street, Pocatello, Idaho 83204) on 3/30 from 11:00am-4:00pm.
