This Sunday we extend a special welcome to His Grace Bishop Sebastian of Zelon.
Also, we welcome each of you who join us in worship this week, whether in person or virtually.

ALL ARE INVITED TO ATTEND LITURGY
Beginning Sunday, October 4th, registration to attend Divine Liturgy is no longer required. All are welcome to attend the service in-person. To adhere to distancing, we will provide additional seating in the Fellowship Hall with proper spacing between chairs. If some of you are not yet comfortable with attending, please join us online at www.holytrinityraleigh.org
When attending the service, COVID-19 guidelines for safety and distancing will be followed, to include:wearing a mask at all times; signing in upon entering (print legibly); taking your temperature upon arrival; and maintaining distance when entering and exiting the building; maintaining proper distance while sitting in the sanctuary/fellowship hall
Please note: No more than 92 people will be permitted to sit in the sanctuary and everyone must conform to the seating standards designed for your safety. Chairs may not be moved in the Fellowship Hall.
Please arrive early to Sunday service, before 9:45, giving time for check in. Check in will include answering the COVID-19 questions below and having your temperature taken.
Please review the following COVID-19 questions and if you answer “yes” to any of these, then we ask that you not attend the church service at this time.
- Do you have any of the following symptoms that are new or worsening: cough, congestion, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, fever or feeling feverish, chills, muscle pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea?
- Have you had close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 21 days?
- Have you tested positive in the last 21 days for COVID-19?

ORTHODOX STUDY COURSE
Join in the Zoom Discussion
The traditional Orthodox Study Class is underway and will continue to be held every Tuesday until Tuesday, November 10th. This course is taught by Father Paul Christy and held virtually (Zoom) due to Covid-19. The group is studying the Gospel of James. Sign up is not required. An email invitation will be sent out to all parishioners with the Zoom access information. However, you may join the class any week by accessing the Zoom link at the website on the church calendar (select the specific date): http://www.holytrinityraleigh.org/news/parish-calendar.

The Greek School Ministry is seeking teachers. Classes will be taught via Zoom, specific instructions will be provided, as well as books and any additional materials needed. IT’S SOCKTOBER TIME!

Just one pair or a dozen, it doesn’t matter how many!Starting September 27th, we will be kicking off SOCKTOBER. Through the month of October, Angels of Hope and Joy along with St. John’s Ministry will be collecting the new socks for families in need. PRESCHOOL POINSETTIAS SALE
Purchase poinsettias for yourself or donate plants to the church "in memory of" or "in honor of" your loved ones. Donated plants will be displayed in church during the holiday season.

FALL CLEANING
As we begin to do some fall clean up and organization at the church facility, we have some “free” items we are offering to you. There are many icons (small and large), and other novelty items on tables in the Fellowship Hall for your taking. Feel free to stop in during office hours or when attending service on Sundays. Take what you like. It is first-come, first served.
