13TH SUNDAY OF LUKE
NOVEMBER 29, 2020
We are blessed to have Father Gregory Waynick with us again this Sunday to celebrate the Divine Liturgy and we welcome each of you who join us in worship, whether in person or virtually.
We also extend a special welcome to all newcomers.
MEMORIAL TODAY
A memorial prayer will follow the Divine Liturgy.
Today’s bulletin is being sponsored by the Kythas family in honor of the
fifteen-year memorial of their beloved Father and Papou, Pete Kythas.
“We miss and love you always. May your memory be Eternal.”
ATTEND LITURGY VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON
(Registration is required!)
Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 and the decision to practice extreme precaution for everyone, we are ONCE AGAIN limiting the number of attendees at any given service to 30 parishioners. Instructions for registering to attend in person are provided below. For all who do not attend in-person, please join in with us through our live-streamed service at: www.holytrinityraleigh.org.
If you attended the Sunday service last week, please allow other parishioners the opportunity to attend and do not register for two or three consecutive services. However, if there are still openings 30 minutes before registration closes at 9:00 p.m. the evening before the service, then we encourage you to register.
Please arrive early to Sunday service, before 9:45, giving time for check in. When attending the service, please wear a mask at all times, sign in upon entering, allow your temperature to be taken, and maintain proper distance with those attending.
Check in will include answering the COVID-19 questions below.
If you answer “yes” to any of the following COVID-19 questions, we ask that you not sign up for a church service at this time.
- Do you have any of the following symptoms that are new or worsening: cough, congestion, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, fever or feeling feverish, chills, muscle pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea?
- Have you had close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 21 days?
- Have you tested positive in the last 21 days for COVID-19?
Please be mindful of your fellow parishioners by not registering for all services.
If you have any difficulty signing up, please email: htgocrsignup@gmail.com

Sunday School families!
A beautiful virtual Christmas Pageant will be held on December 20th following the Divine Liturgy. Mark your calendars and plan to enjoy the youthful talent.
This 2020 Christmas Pageant will take place much differently than it has in the past.
We are looking for the following:
- Students to fill the following parts:
Gabriel - speaking part
Mary - speaking part
Narrator - speaking part
Shepherds - non speaking
**These students must be available on Dec 5 and 6 for filming outdoors at the church (using strict socially distanced protocols)
2. At this point, we plan to have the following parts filmed in the church
Innkeeper – non-speaking
Three Kings – non-speaking
3. We are asking our Sunday School families to please submit a photo of your child holding a baby doll (or stuffed animal) ideally in a swaddling cloth. This could be a great opportunity to get your little ones involved!
- We are also looking for angels to come to the church on Thursday, December 3 between 4-6 pm (a Sign Up Genius to follow to those who respond to ensure social distancing). These little angels are always a highlight of the production.
Please reply to Leslie Hatch at lesliehatch@msn.com by November 22 with the part your child would like to do so we can plan safely and accordingly
